Project Name- THE ASSORTIA

The Assortia retail space at Capital Center, Patna, is a large-scale project that focuses on the commercial aspect of the development. The design aims to strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics, with an emphasis on maximizing natural light and creating a sense of spaciousness. The goal is to challenge predictability in form and design, resulting in a unique and visually appealing building.

The layout of Assortia revolves around an elliptical walkway, strategically placing the shops to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility. This design choice aims to attract customers and create an engaging shopping experience. The diverse offerings of Assortia include different types of retail shops, mini shops, a six-screen multiplex, multiple kiosks, four anchor shops, a food court, fine dining restaurants, and a hypermarket.

With a total area of 700,000 square feet, Assortia provides ample space to accommodate a wide range of retail and entertainment options. The project seeks to cater to various consumer preferences and needs, offering a comprehensive shopping and dining experience under one roof.
