Raghvendra Bisen (born in 1971) is an architect and the Founder Principal of Raghvendra Bisen Architects. He studied architecture at the Government College of Architecture in Lucknow and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 1995.

Throughout his career, Raghvendra has worked on a wide range of projects that span various sectors and scales. His portfolio includes the design of independent villas, group housing developments, commercial and corporate offices, IT buildings, retail spaces, mixed-use developments, educational institutions, shopping centers, business hubs, and industrial estates across India.
