Designing of this warehouse and office building in Gurugram required careful consideration of the specific needs of the garment warehousing industry. Warehouse space has been optimized accommodate garment storage, inventory management, and logistics operations.

It was done by incorporating sufficient space for racks, shelves, and storage systems to maximize storage capacity while ensuring efficient retrieval of garments.

Design of loading docks, receiving areas, and dispatch areas has been done to facilitate seamless movement of goods in and out of the warehouse with implementing proper ventilation and temperature control systems to maintain garment quality.

Façade has been conceived in a manner that reflects the Shyam Garments brand identity through the building's exterior design, signage, and facade treatments and considered the use of appropriate colors, materials, and graphics to create a visually appealing and cohesive aesthetics.
