The residential development by Redbrick Group in Patna, spread over a 3-acre plot, offers a range of 2 and 3 BHK units. The design of the project focuses on creating a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture with colonial GRC screens, resulting in a unique and visually appealing aesthetic.

All the five towers and surrounding greens are designed to embody contemporary architectural principles while incorporating colonial-inspired GRC screens, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the development. The placement of the dwelling units within the towers is strategically planned to allow for cross ventilation and abundant natural light in the apartments.
