The Library Club, located in sector-127, Noida, is spread over a 2.5-acre plot with a built-up area of 41,636 square meters. With parking space for approximately 280 cars, the building is pre-certified PLATINUM LEED rating from the IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). This demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

The building has been designed as a single complex consisting of two separate blocks. While each block maintains its individuality and identity, they come together as a unified complex, sharing common facilities and amenities to maximize efficiency. This design approach promotes a congenial campus-like environment where tenants can enjoy the benefits of shared spaces while maintaining their privacy.

The horizontal and vertical staggering of the towers ensures that each tower is visible from the road, enhancing its visibility and presence. The exterior shading systems have been carefully designed to address issues of glare and heat ingress, providing a comfortable and energy-efficient interior environment.
