Project Name- FLORA HERITAGE

Developed in Sector-1, GREATER NOIDA WEST, spread over a 2.5-acre plot, the residential project offers a range of 2/3 BHK and 4 BHK duplexes and penthouses. The design of the project combines the characteristics of Gothic architecture with colonial GRC screens, creating a unique and visually captivating aesthetic. Here are some key features of the development:

All the three towers and surrounding greens are designed to embrace the elements of Gothic architecture fused with colonial-inspired GRC screens. The combination of these architectural styles adds elegance and grandeur to the project, creating a distinctive visual appeal.

The placement of the dwelling units within the towers is strategically planned to ensure cross ventilation and ample sunlight in the apartments. Careful consideration is given to the orientation and layout of the units to optimize natural light penetration and airflow, enhancing the indoor comfort and well-being of the residents.

The campus design includes a multi-level basement, providing ample parking space to accommodate the residents' vehicles while minimizing the impact on the overall landscape.

By combining the characteristics of Gothic architecture with colonial GRC screens, strategic placement of units for cross ventilation and sunlight, multi-level basement and podium top design, and an emphasis on greenery, the residential project in NOIDA Extension offers a unique and comfortable living environment. The design aims to provide a harmonious blend of architectural aesthetics, functionality, and sustainable living.
