Project Name- STUDIO ACE

Studio ACE, the corporate house of a leading real estate developer in NCR, is located on a 2500 sqm plot just off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The client's objective was to create a functional and visually impressive building that would enhance ACE group's reputation as a top real estate developer in the region.

The building was designed to be visually striking and stands out as a prominent structure along the expressway.

The orientation of the building is oriented towards the North-East, maximizing natural light and minimizing heat gain from the South-West direction. The building consists of nine floors, accommodating various office spaces and facilities.The entrance area is designed with a double-height space, creating a grand and welcoming reception area with a dedicated display area.

The executive floors of the building feature a large terrace garden, providing a green space for relaxation and outdoor activities for the building's occupants. The terrace garden adds a touch of nature to the corporate environment and offers a pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
