Designing an iconic mixed-use building with a north-facing orientation has presented an opportunity to create a visually striking and functionally efficient structure, by developing a unique and visually captivating architectural design that becomes a landmark in the surrounding area.

Incorporated innovative and dynamic shapes, forms, and materials to create a distinctive aesthetic that reflects the purpose and identity of the mixed-use building.

Maximized the use of natural light in the building design by strategically placing glazing and windows to harness the north-facing orientation. Considered the use of double-height atriums, open spaces, and glass facades to allow ample daylight penetration, creating a bright and inviting interior environment.

Capitalized on the north-facing orientation by providing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Carefully planned and separate different functions within the building, such as commercial, retail, or office spaces, to optimize the use of available space and ensure efficient circulation.

Mixed-Use integration has been done by seamlessly integrating various functions within the building, allowing for convenient access and interaction between different user groups.

Design of shared spaces, such as lobbies, common areas, or community spaces has been done, that foster a sense of community and promote social interaction among occupants.
