With the vertical shading bands in exposed brickwork offer a unique and visually pleasing solution for solar control while enhancing the architectural character of the building. By carefully selecting materials, optimizing design, and considering solar performance, this design feature can contribute to a comfortable and aesthetically appealing office building.
