Designing this mixed-use office building in the heart of Noida involves creating a space that accommodates multiple functions while providing a vibrant and dynamic environment, by allocating specific areas for office spaces, retail outlets, dining options, and common areas within the building.

Planned the layouts to optimize the functionality and accessibility of each zone, ensuring smooth circulation and efficient use of space.

The building has been designed as a single complex with two separate blocks.
